After studying Law and Politics (talk about self-abuse !!) for 4 years, I practiced Family Law for a whole 6 months before getting completely shat off with the Australian legal system.

I got into computers in the early 80's, built an Altair 8080 (a seriously OLD computer), and was hooked from then on.

Started using Linux in 1996, and haven't seriously used Wintendo (I refuse to call it an Operating System, it's a Gaming Platform) since, thanks largely to my good friend Marcel Gagne.

After 20-something years of building, fixing and supporting Windows machines (from 1.0 to XP), I was converted to Macs in August 2005 by a work colleague and by Call for Help, and have trashed all Wintendo systems I own.

Although I still support Wintendo Servers (not desktops) to pay the mortgage, I use Mac and Linux exclusively, as does the rest of Mi Casa.
